Client events

We couldn’t tell which agents invited anyone to our client events.

Now every event launches with a branded invite page for each agent, and every guest is credited to the agent who brought them.

Sample data from ZOVLI Realty, a fictional brokerage.

From launch to the door.

  1. You launch the event.

Pick an event, a pickup or a giveaway, add the details and your photo, and launch it.

  2. Every agent gets their own branded invite page.

The event shows up on their dashboard and Daily focus, and each agent gets their own page by Slack, or by email, with their photo and name on it. Nothing to set up.

  3. Every guest is credited to the agent who invited them.

Each agent sees everyone who registered through them, with their steps and scripts. Leaders see every agent’s count, and guests are checked in at the door.

Before Rig

Client events were our best sphere marketing, but invites went out unevenly, RSVPs lived in a form, and nobody could hold agents to inviting their people.

What Coach does here

Coach writes each agent’s invite scripts, with the link to their own invite page in every one.

More about Coach

What Rig does

  • When an event launches, it shows up on every agent’s dashboard and Daily focus, and each agent gets their own branded invite page by Slack, or by email when your team isn’t on Slack, with their photo and name on it. Nothing to set up.
  • Each event gets a registration page with your photo and the details. Guests who register on an agent’s page are credited to that agent, and on the team’s page they pick who invited them.
  • Each agent’s own event page shows everyone who registered through them, with their steps for the event and the scripts to use.
  • Registrations by agent, against capacity, so leaders see who has invited and who hasn’t.
  • Staff can remind every agent with no guests yet in one press, with an invite they can text as it is.
  • Coach writes every agent’s invite email, call script, voicemail, day-of text and thank-you, with their own link in it.
  • A plan for each event, with what staff and agents do and when.
  • Giveaways can cap how many each family takes, and a drawing picks winners fairly, with bonus entries for sharing.
  • A check-in screen for the door, plus reminder, thank-you and we-missed-you emails that come from each guest’s own agent.
  • Each guest can go to your CRM through your own Zapier, tagged with the event.

For the first time I can see which agents invited their people, and who came because of them.

Questions about client events.

Do agents have to set up their invite pages?

No. When an event launches, it shows up on every agent’s dashboard and Daily focus, and each agent gets their own invite page by Slack, or by email, with their photo and name on it, ready to share.

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests register on the event page and never need a login.

What kinds of events does it handle?

Client appreciation parties, giveaways, movie nights and holiday events. A giveaway can cap how many each family takes.

Who do the guest emails come from?

Reminders, thank-yous and we-missed-you notes come from each guest’s own agent, in their voice, and replies go to that agent.
