Privacy policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This policy explains what Prepped Group LLC collects when you use userig.com and Rig, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It’s written to be read, not skimmed.

1. Who we are

Prepped Group LLC, a California limited liability company, operates Rig and the website at userig.com. When this policy says “Rig,” “we” or “us,” it means Prepped Group LLC. You can reach us at rig@userig.com, or by mail at Prepped Group LLC, 3780 Kilroy Airport Way, Suite 245, Long Beach, CA 90806.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you apply for Rig Operations or join the Rig Recruiting waitlist, you give us your name, your team or brokerage, your role, your DRE license number if you choose to add it, the size of your team, how many agents you sign in a year, your county or city, your email address, your mobile number and anything you write in the notes. When you email or text us, we keep the message. When your team joins Rig, we collect the account details of the people your team invites, such as name, email address, phone number and role.

Content your team puts into Rig. Once your team is a customer, the open houses, lockboxes, transactions, documents, notes, messages and connections your team creates in Rig are stored so the service can run. That content belongs to your team, and section 7 explains how we treat it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and our servers record your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, the pages you view and the time of each request, and we use this to keep the site running and secure. We also use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Google Ads. They record how you use userig.com, such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how you arrived, your device and browser, and a general location based on your IP address. We use this to understand which pages help people, to measure which ads bring visitors and applications, and to show Rig ads to people who have visited our site. We do not send Google what you type into the application or the pricing questions. Section 12 explains how to opt out.

The pricing calculator. The numbers you type into the pricing questions stay in your browser. They are not sent to us and they are not stored.

3. How we use it

We use what we collect to respond to your application, set up and run your Rig account, send the emails and texts the service depends on, keep the service secure, improve it, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information for money. Our use of Google’s advertising cookies, described in section 2, may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and you can opt out of it at any time, as section 12 explains.

4. Texts

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your application or your account. Once your team is a customer, Rig can send service texts that your team turns on, such as lockbox codes, open house reminders and recaps. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on what your team turns on. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and reply HELP for help. Stopping texts does not close your account.

5. Emails

Service emails, such as codes, reminders, recaps and account notices, are part of running Rig and are sent to the people your team adds. We send marketing email only to people who have asked to hear from us, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

6. AI features

Coach uses AI models to read documents your team uploads, fill in forms, answer questions and prepare messages. To do that, the content involved is sent to our AI model provider. Under our agreement with that provider, your content is used only to provide the feature, and it is not used to train their models. Coach can make mistakes, and you should check anything important before you act on it.

7. Your team’s data in Rig

Content your team puts into Rig belongs to your team. The owner and admins of your team control who can see it, and we process it only to run the service, to keep it secure and as your team instructs us. On request from an owner, we will export it in a common format. When an account closes, we delete its content within 30 days, except for copies in backups, which expire on their own schedule, and records we have to keep by law.

8. Rig for Brivity

Teams that use Brivity can add our Rig for Brivity Chrome extension. It collects only activity counts and each agent’s Brivity ID, plus a sign-in token that tells Rig which team the computer belongs to, and uses them only to build each agent’s Daily focus. It doesn’t collect contact details, notes, browsing history or anything from other websites. We never sell this data or use it for advertising, and we handle it under the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Removing the extension stops all collection.

9. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who work for us and who are bound to protect it. They are Vercel, which hosts the site and the service, Supabase, which stores our databases, Resend, which sends our email, our text messaging provider, which sends texts, our AI model provider, which powers Coach, and Stripe, which will process payments when online checkout is live. Google receives information through the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies described in section 2 and uses it under its own privacy policy, including to measure and personalize ads. When your team connects Google, Slack or a CRM such as Brivity or Follow Up Boss, information moves between Rig and that service under its own terms. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or property, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will still apply to your information.

10. How long we keep it

We keep applications and waitlist entries for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. We keep account information for as long as the account is open, plus 30 days. We keep server logs for about 90 days. Google Analytics keeps data about visits for 14 months. We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.

11. Security

Information moves between your browser and our servers over encrypted connections, our databases are locked to a small number of server keys, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that a breach will never happen, but if one affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

12. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing rig@userig.com. We will confirm your identity and respond within 45 days. If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. You can opt out of sharing at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page at userig.com/privacy/choices, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. You can also manage the ads Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com and block Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We honor these rights for everyone, whether or not a particular law requires it. You may use an authorized agent to make a request, and we will ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission.

13. Children

Rig and userig.com are for real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

14. Other sites

Our site links to other companies’ sites, including our licensing school and the California Department of Real Estate. Their privacy practices are their own.

15. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will email the address we have for you before the change takes effect.

16. Contact
